Jonathan launched JOCK Performance Coaching in 2020 and holds active USAT Level I and Ironman Coaching Certifications. Jonathan works closely with long course athletes focusing on 70.3 / 140.6 / off-road races and short course athletes preparing for both draft-legal and non-draft Sprint and Olympic events. He also coaches trail and road ultramarathoners, swimmers, and collegiate cyclists.
Jonathan is a data-driven triathlete geared towards helping other athletes maximize their athletic potential amidst packed personal and professional calendars. As a technology consultant and highly competitive age-grouper, Jonathan understands the challenges of trying to do it all.
With the right mix of data and finesse, Jonathan can help you achieve your triathlon and general athletic dreams - be it completing your first race, reaching the middle of the pack, or getting onto the podium.
